Working with a large US-based multi-billion dollar business in managing up to 7 global brands and all comms across their EMEA division. This involved managing all aspects of the brands and acting as brand custodians across multiple channels including web and digital communications; events and trade shows; point of sale and print materials. In addition the management of all aspects of the brand communications strategy including planning and delivery of external customer communications such as product updates, newsletters, promotional activity and blogging serving over three million customers and operating in nearly 50 countries. Internal communications activity also included to manage all content uploaded to the internal intranet and internal communications to over 70,000 employees worldwide.
